Provide Background Details and Rationale: Park Hill School District solicited proposals for equipment and services needed to install an audio-visual system in the gymnasium or cafeteria at Line Creek Elementary, Renner Elementary, Southeast Elementary and Lakeview Middle School. These installations were prioritized for completion during the summer of 2020 as part of the 2020-2021 Capital Improvement Plan. Department of Technology staff met with each school to assess current and future needs to include as requirements in the request for proposal.

Request for proposal documents were released on February 12, 2020 and proposal responses were due on March 4, 2020. Please see the attached request for proposal documents for full specifications and other details of the project.
