Provide Background Details and Rationale:
Park Hill School District solicited bids for annual support and licensing needed for all Cisco phone systems, software and physical handsets throughout the district. This renewal includes a five year term with annualized payments to lower the total cost of ownership. Bid responses were due on January 16, 2019 and three bids were received when bidding closed. Please see the attached Request for Bid document for full bid specifications and other details of the renewal. AOS, A ConvergeOne Company came in with the best bid overall.

It is recommended that the Park Hill Board of Education approve the phone system support renewal of $66,528 from AOS – A ConvergeOne Company.
