Provide Background Details and Rationale:
Park Hill School District utilizes Kronos for the time clock and leave management system for support staff employees. This renewal includes licenses and support for employees and timekeepers. Contract period is February 26, 2019 - February 25, 2020. A waive of first read is requested in order to submit payment to ensure no lapse in service.

Recommendation
