Provide Background Details and Rationale:
The Park Hill School District has initiated a coordinated advertising and marketing program to consolidate advertising efforts and to be consistent with Board Policy KI-Public Solicitations/Advertising in District Facilities.

The district has identified four partnership levels with unique advertising opportunities and costs:

Title Partnership - $20,000 per year
Presenting Partnership - $10,000 per year
Platinum Partnership - $5,000 per year
Gold Partnership - $2,500 per year

With the assistance of the district's advertising partner, Kelly Sports Marketing (no relation to Paul Kelly, Assistant Superintendent), the following businesses have agreed to become approved corporate partners for advertising, marketing and promotions within district media.

- University of Central Missouri (Gold Partner, 1-Year)

All costs associated with recruitment and management of District business partners are paid from revenues collected through the partnership.

Recommendation
It is recommended that the Park Hill Board of Education authorize Dr. Cowherd to approve the corporate partnership agreements with University of Central Missouri for district-sponsored corporate partnerships for advertising, marketing, and promotions, as presented.
