Public Comments (PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED). Individuals wishing to provide public comment to the Board must pre-register no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the day of the meeting. Registration will open 48 hours prior to the registration deadline (for a Thursday meeting, registration will open at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday). There will be a maximum of 7 speakers, and each speaker will have a 3-minute time limit.
