|
The Board of Education approved Roma/Rotella Bakery as the provider of fresh bread items for the 2022-2023 school year on June 9, 2022. The original contract terms were effective for one full year, from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, with the option to renew for up to four (4) one-year extensions, not to exceed beyond June 30, 2027. Roma continues to consistently provide quality products, reliable delivery, and dependable customer service.
Nutrition Services recommends Roma/Rotella Bakery continue as the Park Hill School District fresh bread provider for the 2025-2026 school year. This recommendation represents the third possible renewal/extension as included in the original Agreement with Roma Rotella Bread. This contract can be rebid at Park Hill’s request if the distributor does not maintain expected pricing, quality and service.
