Provide Background Details and Rationale: This planned work is a result of the capital planning process conducted with building leaders and the district capital planning committee.

The project will result in the replacement of the artificial turf at the District Football Complex, the replacement of natural turf with artificial turf on a practice soccer field, the repair and resurfacing of the track, and the addition of lights to the baseball field.

This bid excludes the purchase of the artificial turf that was presented to the Board on January 24, 2019 (First Read) and is included in a separate item.
Provide Funding Source and Estimated Cost: Provide Funding Source and Estimated Cost: Funding will come from the proposed 2019-2020 maintenance and operations budget and the 2017 No-Tax Increase bond funds.

The total bid amount is $1,178,189.
