Classroom Interactive Display Replacement.pdf
Provide Background Details and Rationale: The Park Hill School District has planned and budgeted for the purchase of the classroom interactive displays needed to replace classroom projectors and displays at Line Creek Elementary, English Landing Elementary, Chinn Elementary, Southeast Elementary and Lakeview Middle School. The existing SMARTBoards and projectors at these locations are over ten years old and have reached the end of their warranty and usable life. Newline was chosen as the best fit for Park Hill teachers and students. A few of the features of the Newline interactive display that were valued highly are the large screen size, clear image quality, brightness, durable construction, 40-point touch capability and the built-in interactive whiteboard applications. Please see the attached quote from CDW-G who is providing competitive pricing through a cooperative purchasing program. The purchase of the classroom interactive display replacements has been planned and budgeted for from the Technology Operations Budget.
Provide Funding Source and Estimated Cost: Technology Operations Budget $663,546.00
