Provide Background Details and Rationale: A problem with the Congress Middle sewer line was first noticed last Fall. The main sewer line for the entire building has collapsed and has distressed areas in it beneath the Congress gymnasium. Quality Plumbing assisted with diagnosis of the problem and have worked to continue service to the school in order to complete the school year. We are recommending that Quality Plumbing continue their work with the final repairs not to exceed $80,000. Work to begin on June 21.
Provide Funding Source and Estimated Cost: Not to Exceed $80,000.00
