Subject: 4.1 Public Comments provided during this portion of the meeting may address items which are not included on the agenda and agenda items. There will be a 3-minute time limit for individual comments and a 15-minute total time limit for all comments combined. In the event the total time limit expires, any remaining registration cards will be provided to all Board members. Please direct your comments to the entire Board. If a response is appropriate, the President will respond or refer to another individual. In an effort to respect privacy we ask that speakers refrain from discussing personal complaints involving individual staff members or students.

If patrons are unable to attend in-person, comments may be submitted in writing, up to Noon on Thursday, October 14. Written comments will follow in-person comments and if the total time limit has expired, any remaining written comments will be provided to all Board members.
