The Park Hill School District utilizes VMware vCenter Server Foundation to manage servers and support virtualization, which enables efficient use of district datacenter hardware. Service and support for VMware vCenter Server Foundation are renewed annually, and VMware designates CDW-G as the authorized reseller for Park Hill. Competitively solicited pricing for this renewal is available through the Sourcewell cooperative purchasing program. The total renewal cost for 2024–2025 through CDW-G is $81,159.84.
