Provide Background Details and Rationale: This purchase, if approved, will replace units at Union Chapel Elementary and Graden Elementary. The purchase will be through Greenbush. Greenbush, located in Kansas, is a purchasing cooperative solely for education organizations. Due to the longer lead time for the equipment, district personnel is requesting this bid package be approved ahead of the labor package. The labor package will be brought to the Board at a later date.
Provide Funding Source and Estimated Cost: Funding will be provided from the 2024-2025 Maintenance and Operations budget. The total cost for both schools is $144,282.
