At the May 23, 2024 Regular meeting the Board of Education approved Commerce Bank to serve as the district's bank/depository effective July 1, 2024. The district is required to certify that the Signature Card and Certificate of Resolution(s) of the Corporate Board of Directors have been adopted by the authorized governing body when one of the Authorized Agents changes.
The attached Resolutions authorize Paul Kelly, Assistant Superintendent, Susan Bartlett, Accounting Coordinator, Cooper Spencer, Accounting Assistant, Harrison Todd, Board Treasurer (effective 7/15/2025) to exercise certain powers relative to the bank accounts listed on the Resolutions.
