|
In conjunction with the use of the district's General Counsel, it is prudent to retain outside legal services to support district operations when necessary. Spencer Fane LLP has agreed to provide legal services for the 2025-2026 fiscal year as provided in the attached Agreement, which specifies hourly rates and fees in Exhibit A. This agreement does not limit the district's ability to utilize other outside legal service providers, but secures discounted rates and other benefits.
