Senate Bill 63 is a 2025 Missouri law that creates provisions relating to how students who attend nontraditional educational settings —home schools, full-time virtual schools, or Family Paced Education (FPE) schools can participate in public school extracurricular and cocurricular activities. Attached is the executive summary of how Park Hill School District (PHSD) will be in compliance with the new state law as well as guidance for our families.
