The Board annually reviews and approves the district assessment and survey plan. There are four main purposes for the assessment plan: (1) It is a required component of MSIP, (2) The district is charged with guaranteeing the integrity of process and measures, (3) It allows for data analysis of student achievement at the district level, and (4) It allows assessment to inform instruction and decisions at the classroom level. The assessment plan and calendar are developed annually by an Assessment Committee comprised of teachers, counselors, and administrators.
The 2025-2026 assessment and survey plan includes rationale for assessment and survey administration in the district, the assessment and survey schedule, and a description of the district/state assessments and surveys administered in Park Hill.
