Provide Background Details and Rationale: Park Hill School District solicited bids for annual support and licensing needed for network switches, routers and wireless access points throughout the district. This equipment is utilized to connect critical district technology such as laptops, desktops, printers, servers, security cameras, door access controls, environmental controls, wireless access points, projectors and phones.

Request for bid documents were released on November 29, 2023 and bid responses were due on January 19, 2024. Please see the attached Request for Bid document for full bid specifications and other details of the renewal. We have applied for Federal E-rate funding for much of this support renewal and it is anticipated Park Hill will receive $39,894.33 back as a reimbursement for this expense.
