Provide Background Details and Rationale: Park Hill School District solicited bids for annual hardware support and software licensing needed to support wireless network equipment throughout the district. This renewal includes a five year term with annualized payments to lower the total cost of ownership.

Requests for bid documents were released on November 29, 2023 and bid responses were due on January 19, 2024. Please see the attached Request for Bid document for full bid specifications and other details of the renewal. We have applied for Federal E-rate funding for much of this wireless support renewal and it is anticipated Park Hill will receive $287,950.00 back as reimbursement for this expense.
Provide Funding Source and Estimated Cost: 2023-2024 Technology Operations Budget
$575,900.00 - up-front cost
$115,180.00 - annual total cost
$287,950.00 - total cost after E-rate funding reimbursement
