Provide Background Details and Rationale: Park Hill School Nutrition Services utilizes the SFSPac Food Safety and Sanitation System to maintain high standards of cleanliness and compliance across all kitchen sites. The system includes pre-measured, color-coded cleaning products; bilingual instruction materials; and on-site support from Certified Food Safety Specialists who provide staff training, compliance verification, and corrective action when needed. The service supports USDA and HACCP requirements while simplifying budgeting and operations through a bundled, fixed-cost model. This will be the third year and second renewal of the original agreement initiated in the 2023–2024 school year. The 2025–2026 renewal reflects a 2% cost increase to include the newly added Angeline Washington kitchen site, with funding already planned and budgeted.
Provide Funding Source and Estimated Cost: Nutrition Services Budget Cost: $44,253.30
