Provide Background Details and Rationale:
|
Teachers, classified staff, patrons and administrators serve on the Calendar and Policy Committees for a three year term. The Calendar and Policy Committees are responsible for developing the academic calendar and policies within the parameters established by the Board of Education. Both committees require approval of the Board of Education. The recommended lists of committee members are attached. Also attached is Article 5 of the Teacher Agreement which provides guidance regarding the committees.
