Provide Background Details and Rationale: Park Hill High School’s current choir uniforms are in need of replacement and have been discontinued. The OPUS II robes were requested for bid and will replace the existing uniforms and provide more consistency across all uniforms. These uniforms will be received for use in the fall of 2025.

The uniform industry indicates that the average lifespan of a choir uniform is 8 to 10 years with proper care and maintenance.

Bid requests were sent to The Musician’s Choice, ChoirBuy, Cousin’s Concert Attire, and Thomas Robes . We received bids back from The Musician’s Choice, ChoirBuy, Cousin’s Concert Attire.

The selected bid is from The Musician’s Chois for 100 OPUS II choir uniforms (this includes robes and stoles). The total bid price is $ 33,876.70.
